A Little Bit About Yours Truly

Nice to meet you! I'm Irza, turning 29 years old this year. Mostly experienced in Retail & Customer Service, right now I'm expanding my world in Data Analytics. Love food and IKEA so much, I also have a blog, "Treating Trickster". A fast learner, I always want to learn more in Tech, but I didn't know where to start. So I am very thrilled that I've got into Data Analytics Bootcamp now.

    Since this is a printing company, I have to use SQL Accounting to make receipts, invoices, DO for customers. I also have to receive payment, and at the same time I have to help the customers print their documents/artworks.

    Joint Management Body manages the maintenance of the buildings. So my job scope is to manage the residents profile and maintenance fee payments using SQL Accounting System. I have to file the receipts and invoices accordingly to their physical files stored in the office.

    For this two different places, the job scopes are quite the same. I have to serve the customers with the greatest customers service, have to handle POS machine to receive payments from customer, also has to organize and stock up the items in store accordingly.     Additional things that I have to do as assistant manager is to manage the store when the manager is not around, order the new stocks of items,and handles the sales of the day.

    As a barista, the most important things that I have to do is to brew coffee (of course!). For this, I have to know how to handle espresso machine, have to follow and measure the recipes of designated beverage correctly. I also have to prepare the fresh ingredients of the food accordingly and cleans up the cafe by the end of the day.

Personal Interest/Skills

  • Writing: I love to share my experience in my blog & social media.

  • Drawing /Designing: I love to draw since I was a child, although only simple, cute drawings. I also love designing my blog.

  • Food: I love to try various food, and easily accept new food that I have never tried yet. That is why I decided to make a blog that revolves around food.
