I am a PhD candidate in economics at the University of Lille and Lille Economy Management (UMR CNRS 9221) under the supervision of Prof. Jan Fidrmuc, Prof. Simone Moriconi and Assoc. Prof. Claire Naiditch since September 2021.

I am a visiting scholar at the KU Leuven, affiliated to LICOS - Centre for Institutions and Economic Performance and to VIVES - Centre for Regional Economic Policy since September 2022.

I completed my master's degree in economics at the Istanbul Technical University and my bachelor's degree in economics at the Galatasaray University (with a minor in mathematics) and the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

My fields of interests are development economics, migration economics, labor economics, political economy and applied econometrics using the statistical software Stata, R Studio and Python.
