NADI is a smart building research and training center for the researchers of Medini Iskandar Malaysia (MIM) who focusses on making Medini City into smart city initiatives and become the icon future city living. Their aim is to become the 'Catalyst of the Pulse of Iskandar Puteri' in the near future. Therefore, this building serves for the usage of the researchers while also being open to the public use to attract more people to come and enjoy the business district of Medini City.
