If you would like to delete your NumLuck account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app or by contacting us via email.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Open the NumLuck app on your device
Go to the Profile tab
Scroll down and tap "Delete My Account"
Confirm the deletion when prompted
✅ Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
If you are unable to access the app, send an email to:
Please include the email address associated with your NumLuck account.
⏳ We will process your request within 30 days.
The following data will be permanently removed:
Your display name
Your email address
Your date of birth
Your saved people (for compatibility readings)
Your mood journal entries
Your streak and challenge progress
Your Firebase Authentication account
All personal data stored in Firebase
Your Firebase Authentication account
Local data stored on your device
Anonymous analytics and crash data may persist for up to 60 days in aggregated form
