1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
This policy explains how Numivo, a connect-and-merge puzzle game provided by Bimzo Games, handles information. It covers the Android app and its advertising features.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Numivo stores game progress, scores, selected game mode, booster balances, and settings on your device. These records are not uploaded to a Bimzo Games account or game server. There is no registration requirement or online leaderboard in this release. Age-eligibility preferences and privacy choices may also be saved locally to apply the appropriate settings.
3. ADVERTISING AND RELATED INFORMATION
Numivo uses Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded ads. The reward is explained before you choose to watch an ad. Declining an ad does not prevent ordinary gameplay. Advertising requires an internet connection.
When advertising services operate, Google and its service providers may collect or process your IP address and approximate location derived from it; device and advertising identifiers, where permitted; information about app and ad interactions, such as ad views and taps; and diagnostic and performance information. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, maintain their services, and detect fraud and abuse. The information processed depends on your region, device settings, consent, and the advertising configuration.
Choosing non-personalized ads does not mean that no information is processed. Numivo does not request access to your precise GPS location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone for gameplay or advertising.

4. PRIVACY CHOICES AND CONSENT
Where required, Numivo presents a consent message before requesting ads. Where available or required, use the Privacy choices option in the app's Settings to review or change your choices. You can also manage your advertising identifier through your Android device settings. Availability of ads and privacy options varies by region and applicable requirements.
5. AGE AND CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Numivo is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our own services. Age screening and additional advertising restrictions may apply, including where local law provides additional protections for younger users. Do not provide a false age to access advertising features. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact irfandesignwala@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
6. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS
If you email us, we receive your email address, the information you send, and any attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information or children's personal details.
7. SHARING AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We do not sell your personal information. Google and its providers process advertising-related information as described above and in their policies. Email providers process support communications. Information may be processed outside your country. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users, security, or our legal rights.
8. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Doing so may permanently remove your saved progress. Support communications are retained only as reasonably needed to address your request, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. Google controls retention and deletion of information held by its advertising services under its own policies; clearing Numivo's local storage does not delete information already processed by Google.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. We may need information to verify and respond to it. We cannot retrieve local-only game records from your device.
9. SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
10. EXTERNAL LINKS
Numivo may link to app-store pages or external websites. Those services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control information they collect when you use them.
11. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this policy when features or information-handling practices change. The revised policy will show a new last-updated date. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required.
