These terms and conditions apply to the Numind: The Number Game app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Czechner Ince EV (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any part thereof, including our trademarks, is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any such charges will be clearly communicated.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver the Service. This includes tracking your device ID to register highscores and manage inventory items. This information is essential to provide core game functionality, including competitive leaderboards and item retention across sessions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as such actions may compromise device security and could result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
The Application uses third-party services, each of which has its own Terms and Conditions. The following services are currently integrated:

AdMob
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
You are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of these third-party service providers.
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or if you have exceeded your data allowance.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred, including roaming charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such costs. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for issues caused by the improper use of the Application, including failure to keep your device charged. While every effort is made to keep the Application accurate and up to date, the Service Provider relies on third parties for certain content and functionality, and therefore accepts no liability for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or reliance on such features.
The Application may be updated from time to time to improve functionality or ensure compatibility with newer operating system versions. You agree to accept all updates when offered. The Service Provider does not guarantee continued support or updates indefinitely and may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:

You must stop using the Application and remove it from your device.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Any updates will be posted on this page.
