Effective Date: July 09, 2026
Welcome to Numero Escape. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a positive experience while using our mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We do not collect, store, or process your personal data on our own servers. However, we use third-party services that automatically collect certain data. The data we handle falls into two categories:
Game Progress: Your levels, streaks, quiz scores, and calculation time statistics are saved locally on your device using internal storage.
Settings: Your preferences are stored only on your device.
Accessibility: We do not have access to this local data; it is entirely under your control.
When you use our App, third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) integrated into the App automatically collect the following data:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (including Android Advertising ID - GAID), and IP address.
Usage Data: How you interact with the App (screens visited, time spent, features used), app performance data, and session statistics.
Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and error reports (to help us fix bugs).
Important Note: We do not collect personally identifiable information (like your name, email address, or phone number) unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting our support team.
To provide core functionalities like advertising and performance monitoring, we rely on the following trusted Google services:
Google AdMob (for Advertising):
Collects Advertising ID (GAID), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
Privacy Policy: Google AdMob
Firebase Analytics (for Analytics):
Collects user engagement data, session durations, and in-app events to help us understand user behavior and improve the educational content.
Firebase Crashlytics (for Crash Reporting):
Collects crash logs, device state information, and installation UUIDs to diagnose and fix technical issues promptly.
Firebase Remote Config (for Configuration):
May check app settings remotely but does not collect personal data beyond standard device info.
We use the information collected via these SDKs for the following purposes:
To operate, maintain, and improve the App’s performance and stability.
To analyze user trends and enhance the learning experience.
To serve relevant advertisements to keep the App free for users.
To detect, prevent, and resolve technical crashes and bugs.
To comply with legal obligations.
With Whom Do We Share Data?
We share data only with our third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Firebase). We do not sell or rent your data to any other company or individual.
International Data Transfers:
Since we use Google's global infrastructure, your information (such as IP address and device identifiers) may be transferred to and processed on Google servers located in the United States and other countries. We rely on Google’s standard contractual clauses and data processing terms to ensure your data is legally protected, in compliance with GDPR and other international privacy laws.
Local Data: The game progress stored on your device remains there until you uninstall the App or manually clear the App data from your device settings.
SDK Data (Google/Firebase): Data collected by Google services (Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob) is retained by Google as per their data retention policies. Generally, analytics data is retained for up to 14-26 months (as per Firebase settings), and crash logs are kept until the issue is resolved.
We value your trust. While we do not manage physical servers, we ensure all third-party services use industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) to protect your data during transmission. However, please remember that no method of electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location (EEA, UK, USA, India, etc.), you have the following rights:
Opt-out of Personalized Ads: You can reset your Android Advertising ID or opt-out of interest-based ads at any time by going to your device's Settings > Google > Ads and enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
Access & Deletion: Since we do not store your data on our servers, you can delete all locally stored game data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to our data processing by uninstalling the App.
If you have any requests regarding your data processed by Google/Firebase, you can contact us, and we will forward your request to Google.
Our App does not require users to create an account or provide personal details like name, age, or email. All game progress is stored locally on the user's device.
However, the integrated third-party services (Google AdMob and Firebase) automatically collect device identifiers (Advertising ID) and IP addresses, which may be considered personal data under some laws.
For users in India: Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), a "child" is defined as any individual under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly target or collect personal data from children under 18. We do not engage in behavioral tracking or targeted advertising directed at children, as prohibited under the DPDPA. We do not process personal data of children without obtaining verifiable parental consent where required by law.
For users in other jurisdictions: These services are also configured to comply with COPPA (U.S.) (children under 13) and GDPR-K (EU/UK) (children under 16, depending on the member state).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has contacted us directly via email, that email will be used solely to respond and will be deleted immediately afterward.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
