1. Giriş

"numereddin" ("Uygulama", "biz", "bize", "bizim") olarak, kullanıcılarımızın ("Kullanıcı", "siz") gizliliğine ve kişisel verilerinin güvenliğine büyük önem veriyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamamızı kullanırken hangi kişisel verileri topladığımızı, bu verileri hangi amaçlarla kullandığımızı, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve bu verilerle ilgili haklarınızın neler olduğunu şeffaf bir şekilde açıklamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu politika, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") başta olmak üzere ilgili tüm veri koruma mevzuatlarına uygun olarak düzenlenmiştir. Uygulamamızı indirerek veya kullanarak, bu Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanan veri işleme faaliyetlerini anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz.

2. Topladığımız Kişisel Veriler ve Toplanma Yöntemleri

2.1. Doğrudan Sizin Tarafınızdan Sağlanan Veriler: Uygulamamızda isteğe bağlı bir hesap oluşturmayı seçerseniz, Ad, Soyadı ve Doğum Tarihi gibi kimlik bilgilerinizi toplarız.

2.2. Hizmetlerimizi Kullanırken Otomatik Olarak Toplanan Veriler: Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri (Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob) aracılığıyla IP adresi, benzersiz cihaz tanımlayıcıları, cihaz işletim sistemi, uygulama kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları gibi teknik veriler otomatik olarak toplanabilir.

2.3. Ödeme Verileri: Uygulama içi satın alma gerçekleştirdiğinizde, ödeme işleminiz doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play Store tarafından yönetilir. Biz, finansal verilerinizi toplamaz, saklamaz veya işlemeyiz.

3. Kişisel Verilerinizi Hangi Amaçlarla Kullanıyoruz?

Topladığımız kişisel verileri aşağıdaki amaçlarla işliyoruz:

İsteğe bağlı kullanıcı hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek.

Uygulama içi satın alımlarınızı işlemek ve size dijital içeriği teslim etmek.

Müşteri hizmetleri ve teknik destek taleplerinize yanıt vermek.

Uygulamanın istikrarını ve güvenliğini sağlamak, hataları gidermek (Firebase aracılığıyla).

Hizmetlerimizin nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek (Google Analytics aracılığıyla).

Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümünün maliyetini karşılamak amacıyla reklam göstermek (AdMob aracılığıyla).

4. Verilerin Üçüncü Taraflarla Paylaşılması

Kişisel verilerinizi, hizmetlerimizi sunabilmek için aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıları ile paylaşabiliriz:

Bulut ve Analitik Sağlayıcılar: Google (Firebase & Google Analytics).

Reklam Ortakları: Google (AdMob).

Ödeme İşlemcileri: Google Play Store ve Apple App Store.

Yasal Yükümlülükler: Yetkili hukuki makamlardan gelen yasal bir talep olması durumunda.

5. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulamamız genel bir kitleye hitap etmektedir ve bilerek 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz. Ebeveyn veya vasinin izni olmaksızın 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi sağladığını öğrenirsek, bu bilgileri sistemlerimizden silmek için derhal adımlar atarız.

6. Veri Güvenliği ve Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için endüstri standardı teknik ve idari tedbirleri almaktayız. Verilerinizi, toplanma amaçları için gerekli olan süre boyunca veya yasal yükümlülüklerimizin gerektirdiği süre kadar saklarız.

7. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

8. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası'nı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri Uygulama içinde size bildireceğiz.
