Effective date: 8 September 2026
Numbrik: Cross Math Puzzle ("Numbrik", "the app") is published by DAAV Digital ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, what our third-party partners collect, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because there is not much to hide: Numbrik has no accounts, no servers of our own, and we do not collect personal data ourselves.

1. THE SHORT VERSION
- We do not ask for your name, email address, or any account. There is nothing to sign up for.
- Your progress (levels, coins, hints, stars, daily challenge history, settings) is stored only on your device. We never receive it.
- The app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may use device identifiers to serve and measure those ads, subject to your consent where required.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you are asked for consent before any ad loads, and you can change your choice at any time in the app's Settings.
- The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to count a handful of gameplay events so we can see how the game is played. These events contain no personal details.
- "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
- The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device, only if you allow it.
- Numbrik is a general-audience game and is not directed at children.
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We, DAAV Digital, do not operate any backend service for Numbrik and do not collect, store or receive personal information from the app. Specifically, we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or the contents of your device. The app does not require an account and does not use login providers.
3. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
To let you play, the app saves the following on your device only:
- Your current level and the stars earned on completed levels
- Your coin balance and remaining hints
- The dates on which you completed the daily challenge, which determine your streak
- Whether you have purchased "Remove ads"
- Your Sounds, Haptics and reminder preferences
- Your advertising consent choices (stored by Google's consent library, see section 5)
This data never leaves your device through any service of ours. It is deleted when you uninstall the app. The app does not back it up or sync it, so reinstalling the app starts your progress over (your "Remove ads" purchase is restored from the store, see section 7).
4. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
Numbrik shows two kinds of ads through Google AdMob, part of the Google Mobile Ads SDK:
- An interstitial (full-screen) ad, shown between levels after every third completed level, and never during a puzzle
- A rewarded video that you can choose to watch from the hint button to receive one hint
To serve, personalise, measure and secure these ads, Google may collect and process information from your device, which can include:
- Your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking)
- Device and app information such as model, operating system, language, screen size and app version
- Your IP address, from which a coarse location (such as country or city) may be derived
- Interactions with ads, such as views and taps
- Diagnostic information used to detect fraud and abuse
This information is collected by Google and processed under Google's privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive it. Depending on your consent choices and your region, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.

- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Google's advertising settings: https://adssettings.google.com
Your choices:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) lets you delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation.
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking controls whether apps may ask to track you, and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising controls personalised ads.
- In the app, purchasing "Remove ads" permanently removes interstitial ads (section 7). Rewarded videos remain available because you choose when to watch them.
5. CONSENT FOR USERS IN THE EEA, UK AND SWITZERLAND (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. The form explains the purposes for which Google and its advertising partners would process your data and lets you consent, refuse, or manage choices per purpose and per partner.
- Your choice is stored on your device and honoured by the ads SDK.
- If you do not consent, the app may show limited or non-personalised ads, or no ads at all, depending on your choices.
- You can review or change your choice at any time: open Settings from the home screen and tap "Privacy options". This entry appears whenever your region requires it.
- The legal basis for personalised advertising in these regions is your consent. Where you refuse, the SDK relies on the limited processing you have allowed, if any.
The consent form and the list of advertising partners are provided by Google. We do not receive your individual choices.
6. ANALYTICS (GOOGLE FIREBASE ANALYTICS)
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how Numbrik is played and where it could be improved. The app logs only these events:
- level_start: a level or daily challenge was opened (level number, difficulty band, puzzle mode)
- level_complete: a level was finished (level number, stars, time taken, mistakes, hints used)
- hint_used: a hint was used and how it was paid for (free hint, coins or rewarded video)
- ad_watched: an ad was shown and whether it was completed
- purchase: the "Remove ads" purchase was completed (product identifier and displayed price)
These events contain gameplay values only. They do not include your name, email address, contacts or precise location. To deliver the service, Firebase Analytics itself collects an app instance identifier, device and app information (such as model, operating system, language and app version), and a coarse location derived from your IP address. Firebase may also collect the advertising identifier where permitted. This information is processed by Google under its privacy policy and Firebase's data terms.

- Privacy and security in Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Analytics data is retained by Google according to Firebase's default retention settings, which we do not extend, and is used by us only in aggregated reports.
7. THE "REMOVE ADS" IN-APP PURCHASE
Numbrik offers one in-app purchase, "Remove ads" (product identifier remove_ads), a one-time purchase that permanently removes interstitial ads.
- The purchase is processed entirely by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We never receive your payment card, billing address or other payment details. The store's own privacy policy governs the transaction.
- The store keeps the record of your purchase. When you reinstall the app or use "Restore purchases" in Settings, the app asks the store whether you own the product and restores it. Nothing about the purchase is sent to us.
- The app logs a single analytics event when the purchase completes (see section 6), containing the product identifier and displayed price, without any payment or identity details.

- Google Play: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple App Store: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
8. THE DAILY REMINDER NOTIFICATION
The app can remind you at 19:00 local time to keep your daily challenge streak.
- The app only asks for notification permission after you have completed your first daily challenge, never on first launch.
- If you allow it, the reminder is scheduled locally on your device. There is no server, no push service and no data sent anywhere. The reminder is skipped on days you have already completed the challenge.
- You can turn it off at any time in your device's notification settings for Numbrik.
9. CHILDREN
Numbrik is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age that applies where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal data ourselves, the only processing that could involve a child's device is the advertising and analytics processing by Google described above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the app in a way that concerns you, contact us at avnikaraj4@gmail.com and we will help, including explaining how to reset the device's advertising identifier.
10. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent or share personal information, because we do not hold any. The only third parties that receive information from the app are:
- Google (AdMob, User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics), as described in sections 4 to 6
- Google Play or the Apple App Store, for the "Remove ads" purchase, as described in section 7
Each of these processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
11. SECURITY AND RETENTION
Because your progress stays on your device, its security depends on your device's own protections such as a screen lock and up-to-date operating system. Data held by Google is protected and retained according to Google's policies. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
12. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Since DAAV Digital does not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. To exercise rights over data processed by Google, use the controls linked in sections 4 to 6 or contact Google directly. To withdraw advertising consent in the app, use Settings > Privacy options. To erase everything stored locally, uninstall the app. If you believe we have got something wrong, you can contact us at any time, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
13. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The Google services used by the app may process information on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Google provides the safeguards required for such transfers, as described in its privacy policy.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when the app or the services it uses change. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or on its store listing.
