Privacy Policy — Number Store

Summary: We don't collect your data
Number Store is an offline app. Every name and number you save stays only on your own device. We (the developer) never receive, see, transmit, or store any of your data on any server, because the app has no internet or network access at all.
1. Information we collect
Number Store does not collect any personal information. There are no servers, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no account or sign-in system. The app does not request internet permission, so it is technically unable to send any data anywhere.
The only information that exists is what you choose to type into the app — a name, a number, and an optional note. This is saved in a local database on your device (Android's Room storage library) and is never copied, uploaded, or shared anywhere by the app.
2. Permissions the app uses
No special permissions are requested at install — no contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage, SMS, or internet access.
Phone dialer: Tapping "Call" opens your device's own Phone/Dialer app pre-filled with the number (Android's standard ACTION_DIAL intent). Number Store does not place the call itself and does not require call permissions.
Clipboard: Tapping "Copy" copies the number to your device's system clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. This stays entirely on-device.
3. Data storage and security
All entries are stored locally in a private SQLite database only Number Store can access. Nothing is backed up to any server we control. If your device has Android's automatic backup enabled, your device manufacturer or Google's backup service (not us) may include this app's local data in your personal device backup, subject to your own device/account settings — we have no visibility into or control over that process.
4. Data deletion
Delete any single entry any time from within the app (tap an entry → Delete). Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all saved data, since nothing is stored anywhere else.
5. Third-party services
None. No analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking services are integrated. No data is shared with any third party because no data ever leaves your device.
6. Children's privacy
Number Store does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because the app does not collect or transmit information from any user.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes (e.g. a future cloud-backup feature), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
