This Privacy Policy describes how **Panoli Infotech** (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application **Number in Words** (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

### 2. Summary
Number in Words is designed to work **fully offline**. We do **not** require an account, do **not** collect personal information on our servers, and do **not** use advertising or analytics SDKs in the App.
### 3. Information we collect
We do **not** collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers.
The App may store the following information **only on your device** (local storage):
- **Conversion history** — numbers you convert and the corresponding words
- **Favorites** — conversions you mark as favorites
- **Settings** — preferences such as default numbering system (Indian / International) and theme (light / dark / system)
This data stays on your device and is used only to provide App features.
### 4. Information we do not collect
We do not collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, or account credentials
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
- Device identifiers for advertising or tracking
- Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us
- Payment or financial information
### 5. How we use information
Local device data is used solely to:
- Show your conversion history and favorites
- Remember your settings and preferences
- Improve your experience within the App on your device
We do **not** sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
### 6. Clipboard and sharing
- **Clipboard:** When you choose Copy or Paste, the App uses your device clipboard only for that action. We do not upload clipboard contents to our servers.
- **Share:** When you choose Share, the App opens your device’s share sheet. What you share and with whom is controlled by you and the apps you select.
### 7. Internet access
The App’s core features (conversion, history, favorites, settings) work **without an internet connection**.
Internet may be used only if you choose actions that leave the App (for example, opening email to contact support, opening the Play Store to rate the App, or sharing via another app). Those actions are handled by your device and the third-party apps you select, under their own policies.
### 8. Children’s privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, the App does not create user profiles of any age.
### 9. Data retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you:
- Clear history from within the App (Settings), and/or
- Remove favorites, and/or
- Clear the App’s storage / cache in your device settings, and/or
- Uninstall the App
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data from your device (subject to your device’s normal behavior).
### 10. Data security
Because data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers, security depends primarily on your device’s built-in protections (screen lock, OS updates, etc.). We do not operate a backend database for this App.
### 11. Third-party services
The App does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or social login services.
If you use system features (share sheet, email, Play Store), those services are governed by their own privacy policies (for example, Google Play).
### 12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
