1. Agreement to Terms By downloading or using Number Ninja (the "App"), provided by Digital Insider, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Intellectual Property Rights The App, including its source code, graphics, UI design, and original content, is the property of Digital Insider. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

3. User Content and Data Number Ninja stores your progress and profile data locally on your device. While we strive to provide a stable experience, Digital Insider is not responsible for any loss of game data, progress, or performance stats caused by app uninstallation, device failure, or clearing of local cache.

4. Prohibited Activities Users agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App.

• Use automated systems (bots) to play the game or manipulate performance statistics.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Digital Insider makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, accuracy, or availability for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Digital Insider be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
