The kitchen is spacious and well equiped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer and electric cooker with oven and hob.
To the rear is a small area of outside space.

No 1 La Malartrie has it's own 3 feet thick stone walls, steep perigordian roof and private terrace which is not overlooked.
It was built ajoining the smaller 200 year old "Le Mirador". The entrance to the house is private and over 30 metres from Le Mirador's entrance.
