The famous town of Sarlat (voted in the top 5 places in France to retire ) is only 6 miles away, you won't find a better base from which to enjoy the area.

This lovely stone house has 3 ensuite bedrooms and is perched above the Dordogne with unsurpassed, spectacular views of La Roque Gageac and across the Dordogne valley to Domme.

The kitchen is spacious and well equiped with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer and electric cooker with oven and hob.

To the rear is a small area of outside space.

No 1 La Malartrie has it's own 3 feet thick stone walls, steep perigordian roof and private terrace which is not overlooked.

It was built ajoining the smaller 200 year old "Le Mirador". The entrance to the house is private and over 30 metres from Le Mirador's entrance.
