I know that you want to un-retire planes for us but what is the motivation ?

I think its just unfair that planes get to live a long service and a glorious one but others like Concorde was just retired because Americans were jealous about not succeeding in their version. Also, all countries being pro Americans at the time it left only UK and French to use it.

But what is required for the job ?

I honestly dont know probably Maths and Economics as i said.
