EVENT DETAILS
ELIGIBILITY
Open to participant who is 17 years old and above.
Each team should consist of THREE (3) to FOUR(4) hunters.
Only the first 125 teams to register will be accepted.
DATE & TIME
The NU Sentral 10-tastic Mall Hunt is on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 10.00am - 3.00pm.
The closing date for the registration is on Friday, September 27, 2024, 12.00pm (Extended).
Hunt Briefing will be held virtually on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm via Zoom Meeting. A meeting link will be promptly emailed to all registered participants for the briefing session.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Hunt for any reason. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
Participants are to note that the decision of the organizer in any matter pertaining to the HUNT is final.
The cash prizes for the winning team of the treasure hunt will be awarded promptly within 7 working days upon receiving the team's bank details.
No protest, claim or appeal will be entertained under any circumstances.
By participating in the event you consent to being photographed and/or to be included in the filming of imagery recording the event and/or to be included in sound recordings of the event.
By registering for this event, you consent to receive communications from NU Sentral Shopping Mall (Main Organizer), Team Trailblazers Sdn. Bhd. (Event Organizer), and participating Mall tenants regarding this event and future events, promotions, and offers. You may opt-out of these communications by clicking "NO" at the registration page.
INDEMNITY
We have read the Rules and Regulations issued for this event and agree to be bound by them. In consideration of the acceptance of our entry, we the undersigned, hereby agree to abide to the Rules and Regulations of NU SENTRAL 10-Tastic Mall Hunt and to indemnify the main organizer ZM Property Management Sdn. Bhd. and event organizer Team Trailblazers Sdn. Bhd. and all other person or persons howsoever connected to or involved with the organisation or conduct of the HUNT and their respective servants or agents from all actions, claims, costs and damages in respect of death or injury to any of us; or death, injury or damage that may have been contributed to or caused by the negligence of the aforesaid bodies, their servants or agent. We further declare that all information given in this entry form is accurate.
