• 8:30am-9:00am: Breakfast

• 9:00am-9:15am: Opening Remark by Dean

• 9:20am-11:00am: Parallel Sessions 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5

• 11:00am-11:15pm: Coffee Break

• 11:15pm-12:55pm: Parallel Sessions 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5  

• 12:55pm-1:45pm: Lunch

• 1:40pm-3:25pm: Parallel Sessions 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4

• 3:25pm-3:40pm: Campus Tour*

• 3:40pm-5:00pm: Cocktail Reception**

• 5:00pm-7:00pm: Dinner**

* Campus tour will take place while moving from the conference venue (Trinity Hall) to the reception and dinner place (University Club).

** These events will be held at University Club near by the conference venue.

Session Information

• Each session will feature four presentations, with a total of 25 minutes allocated per paper—comprising a 20-minute presentation and a 5-minute Q&A period. The final presenter in each session will serve as the session chair.

• Session chairs should ensure that all presenters upload their presentation files to the room computer at least five minutes before the session begins.

• The conference coincides with the University’s Homecoming Day. A 5K walk/run event will take place near the conference venue starting around 10:00 a.m. To avoid traffic and congestion, attendees are encouraged to arrive before 9:00 a.m. Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:30 a.m.
