Yes. We recognize that there are overlaps and connections among the conference tracks. On the proposal form, you will have the option to select as many tracks for the proposal as you think is appropriate.

For Trainings, Working Groups, and the Resource Rendezvous you will be able to submit proposals in conjunction with other people.

For Presentations, you will only be able to submit a proposal as an individual.

If you think that your presentation will fit together well with other individual(s) submitting a presentation proposal, you can include their name(s) in the Additional Comments on the proposal submission form. ITEP will take that into account during agenda development. We cannot guarantee that all will be in the same breakout session.

Yes. On the proposal submission form there will be an option to select “Other” as the track. You can provide information in the proposal description and in the Additional Comments section of the proposal submission form as to why you think your proposal would be a good fit.
