EMI TA 培訓流程

本中心每年度提供EMI TA 系統化培訓，上下學期共分為四個階段：
首先透過 新生訓練 (Bootcamp) 了解角色與資源；接著在 課程設計實作 (PlayLab) 中累積設計與教學經驗；之後進入 上台教學 (Showroom)，實際模擬課堂，強化臨場反應與表達；最後在 經驗分享 (Mentor Hub) 中由學長姐帶領傳承，形成學習共同體。

The annually EMI TA training program is structured into four progressive stages (2 in Fall semesters; 2 in Spring semesters):

It begins with Bootcamp, where TAs are introduced to their roles and available resources.

Next comes PlayLab, where they practice course design and gain hands-on teaching experiences.

In the Showroom stage, TAs simulate real classroom teaching to strengthen confidence and adaptability.

Finally, in the Mentor Hub, experienced TAs share their insights, fostering peer learning and knowledge transfer.

Our signature step-by-step systematic program supports EMI TAs in developing from beginners to master communicators and skilled professionals.
