NTHAA coaches are volunteers who dedicate their personal time to support our athletes. Many of them have full-time jobs and are taking time away from their families to help lead this program, so we ask everyone to stay flexible and patient.
We also rely on parent support to help keep things running smoothly. If you have a skill or are willing to assist with logistics—like coordinating events, travel, or other tasks—please let us know. Your help makes a big difference!
As we remind our players, everything we do reflects who we are in Christ. Let’s all approach this season with grace, respect, and a heart for serving. Thank you for being a part of NTHAA!
1. The Bible’s Authority and Infallibility:
The Bible is the divinely inspired and authoritative Word of God, free from error and completely trustworthy. It is essential not only for understanding our salvation but also for guiding how we live according to God's will.
2. The Nature of God:
There is only one true and living God, who is a personal, spiritual, and intelligent Being. He is the Creator, Redeemer, Sustainer, and Ruler of all things. God exists eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—without division in His nature, essence, or being.
3. Jesus Christ:
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the second person of the Trinity. He is fully God and fully man. Through His perfect obedience and sacrificial death on the cross, He satisfied God's justice and secured reconciliation and eternal life for all who believe. He was physically resurrected from the dead.
4. Humanity and Salvation:
Every person is born with a sinful nature because of Adam's fall. Salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit enables believers to obey God and live according to His commandments.
5. Marriage and Human Sexuality:
Marriage is defined as the union of one man and one woman. Any sexual activity outside of marriage is considered sinful. God created humanity in His image, male and female, distinct in their sexuality but equal in dignity. We embrace and affirm our biological sex and do not seek to alter it.
6. Sanctity of Life:
Every human life is sacred from the moment of conception until natural death. All human beings are created in the image of God, and therefore, every life is to be valued and protected.
