Online registration will NOT be available to the public after Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 5:00pm Pacific Time.
Virtual Attendee:FREE
Virtual attendance is limited and will be hosted via Zoom Events platform. Access will be granted to all registered attendees. Please be aware that we plan on recording and broadcasting all breakout sessions. Events associated with meals or evening activities will not be broadcasted.
General Admission: $250
The $250.00 registration fee for general attendees covers admission to all sessions, Virgil Masayesva Awards dinner, morning continental breakfast, afternoon snack breaks, educational tours, and pre-conference trainings.
Commercial Vendors & Exhibitors: $450
The $450.00 fee for commercial vendors & exhibitors covers admission for one attendee and space for an outreach and promotion table. A 6 foot table will be provided and access to power outlets. Admission to sessions and all other conference amenities are included.
Commercial Vendors and Exhibitors if more than one person is attending, an additional general registration at $250.00 is required per extra attendee.
Travel Scholarships
Travel scholarships are available to Tribes on a limited basis. Scholarships cover up to $400 in travel expenses (airfare or mileage) and up to 5 nights of lodging at the conference hotel, valued at approximately $1,000. Tribes interested in a travel scholarship please fill out your registration ASAP. Scholarships will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Limit ONE scholarship per Tribe.
Deadline to request a scholarship is March 28, 2025.

NAU's Central Ticketing Office is accepting payment on behalf of the NTFAQ. Attendees will need to create an account to pay for NTFAQ registration.
