The NTFAQ sessions will take place in the Palo Verde rooms A, B, and C, and in Yucca, Willow, Cholla, and Agave.
Tables for exhibitors and vendors will be set-up in the foyer adjacent to these rooms.
Exhibitors will receive a 6-foot table, two chairs, access to electricity, and free Wi-Fi.
For electricity there are ample plugs/outlets in the hallways and exhibitors are welcome to bring extension cords to plug in as needed. All cords need to be taped down with low adhesive Gaffer’s tape. Encore can provide power with a power strip and cords with everything taped down. Cost is in the neighborhood of $61 dollars.
Exhibitors may begin set-up on Monday May 1st at 9:00 am and throughout the day.
Breakdown should occur on Thursday May 4th at 3:00 pm.
Interaction with conference participants will be available throughout the conference. Morning and afternoon breaks will be excellent opportunities for engagement, as well as the Eco Cafe' session scheduled for Wednesday May 3rd from 10:30am to Noon.

Please keep in mind not to ship too early because there are associated storage fees. Exhibitors may retrieve packages in the Business Center and pay directly for any shipping fees.
