Access your child's CPS email account and set up a password
Make sure to fill out the Family Income Form. ALL families must fill it out. You can get a copy at NTA or here. You can return the form at NTA or you can print, sign, scan, and email it to dbraboy@cps.edu. You must hand write your signature.
