Nagar Technologies operates the ColorNote mobile application (the "Application").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.
Our Application does not require user accounts, registration, or manual login. However, the Application utilizes local device features to function and integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to improve performance, analyze usage, and serve advertisements.
Tasks and Notes: Any tasks, notes, or data you enter into the Application are stored locally on your device. We do not host this data on external servers.
Local Notifications & Alarms: The Application uses your device's local notification system and alarm manager to alert you about tasks you have set. This process happens entirely on your device. No personal schedule or task data is transmitted to us or any third party for this purpose.
Device Identifiers: The Google Advertising ID (AAID), unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID), and device type/model/operating system.
Usage and Analytics Data: Information about how you interact with the Application, including button clicks, features used, session duration, ad impressions, and ad clicks.
Crash and Performance Logs: Technical data regarding application crashes, errors, and system performance to help us fix bugs.
Network Information: IP address, mobile carrier, and network connection type.
We partner with reliable third-party services to monitor app health, analyze usage, and serve advertisements. These third parties may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The Application utilizes the following third-party services:
Google Play Services: Used for core application functionality.
Google AdMob: Used to serve contextual or personalized advertisements.
Firebase (Google Analytics & Crashlytics): Used to analyze user behavior, monitor app stability, track crash logs, and improve user experience.
The data collected automatically is processed for the following specific purposes:
App Functionality: To trigger local alarms and notifications scheduled by the user.
Performance & Stability: To identify, diagnose, and fix software bugs or crashes via Firebase Crashlytics.
Analytics: To understand how users interact with the app so we can improve features and user experience via Firebase Analytics.
Advertising: To serve, personalize, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements via Google AdMob.
Security: To prevent fraudulent activity and maintain the security of the application and ad networks.
Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
You can manage or completely disable app notifications and alarms at any time through your device's native settings menu (Settings -> Apps -> ColorNotes -> Notifications).
Android users can opt-out of personalized advertising or reset/delete their advertising identifier directly through their device settings:
Open your device settings -> Privacy or Google -> Ads -> Tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Update" date at the top of this document.
