Chia-Po Wei received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 2002, and received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University in 2004 and 2011, respectively. He was a postdoctoral research fellow of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation (CITI) at Academia Sinica from 2011 to 2017. During the postdoctoral period, he received the MOST Postdoctoral Fellow Outstanding Publication Award in 2014. Since 2017, he joined the VIVOTEK Inc. as a machine learning engineer. In 2018, he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Sun Yat-sen University as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Wei's recent research interests include 3D face reconstruction, face recognition, human detection, and deep learning. (CV, Chinese CV)
