Petra
Petra is one of the New 7 Wonders of the world, an ancient city in southern Jordan famous for its rock-cut architecture and water systems. Carved into pink sandstone cliffs by the Nabataeans, it flourished as a trading hub and is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city is often called the 'Rose City' due to the color of the rock and features famous structures like the Treasury (Al-Khazneh ) and the Monastery (El Deir)
