Date: PM Sunday June 22 - AM Monday June 23
Place: Joint event with OHBM BrainHack - 315 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
Aim: The workshop will showcase various emerging methods in brain image modeling and analysis. This workshop combines lectures by leaders in neuroimaging statistics and opportunities to network. The workshop is meant to inform and educate students and researchers on emerging new methods. This satellite meeting will be held before the Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM) annual meeting, as a joint event with the OHBM Hackathon. Both Neuroimaging Statistics and the Hackathon will be hosted at the Precinct, located in 315 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley.
Program: The workshop will have a plenary talk, the Keith Worsley Lecture given by Stephen Strother of University of Toronto. There will be three keynote speakers (Christian Beckmann from Radboud University, Gang Chen from NIMH and Neda Jahanshad from the Universtity of South California) and oral sessions with invited speakers covering a range of topics including topological data analysis, computational developments, brain connectivity, functional imaging, structural imaging and imaging genetics. A detailed program is available here.
Registration: Registration is via the Hackathon website. The registration fee of US$50 includes lunch, coffee/tea & Sun-Mon admission to the BrainHack; full Sat-Mon BrainHack admission with work Workshop registration for US$70.
