Consumer Representative 

A consumer representative is either a member of government, professional body, industry and or non-governmental organization committee who voices consumer perspectives and takes part in the decision-making process on behalf of consumers and promoting the interests of consumers. Furthermore, they also present how consumers may feel and think about certain issues and contribute the consumer experience. In the end, they ensure that the committee recognises consumer concerns.
