Some rooms have changed.  Please check the sectionals page for the corrected rooms. 

The resort is cashless.  Cash will be accepted at the bar before dinner.  You may use cash, card, or charge to your room.   

Your meal information is on your nametag.  You need your nametag with you to be served. 

If you have a dietary restriction there is a red slip in your name tag to present at lunch and dinner. 

Box lunches will be available inside Africa East.  You may eat there or elsewhere.  If you have dietary restrictions or vegetarian meals, those are available at a separate table.

The afternoon break will be in the vendor area at 1:45-2:30 on Monday. 

The vendor area is open until 5pm on Monday. 

Hospitality will be open from 5pm-6:30pm on Monday.

Doors will open at 5:45 for dinner.  Please pray with your table before dinner.  There is no program during dinner.  You are free to leave when finished with your meal.
