The selected candidates will have to give a 12-15 minute (10+5 for presentation + QnA) oral presentation of their work through PPT/Multimedia. There can be multiple authors but opportunity for oral presentation shall be given to one student (preferably first author) only. The selection will be made on the basis of the originality and creativeness in the submitted presentation. Plagiarism is strictly not accepted. Lifting the material from web-sites and cut-paste methods is not encouraged. Participants selected for oral presentation will have to provide the soft copy of their manuscript (4-5 pages) (as per template available on the links given above) at the time of Symposium, failing which no financial support shall be extended.

We wish to give opportunity to as many students, as possible, from various colleges/universities spread all over the country. In order to give opportunity to students from all over India and due to logistic reasons at our end, maximum of 4 students in total (of 2nd year, 3rd year of B.Sc. and 1st year, 2nd year of M.Sc. As for session 2023-24) from one department / College / Institute shall be selected.
Students residing at faraway places may risk making advance train reservation arrangements, in anticipation of selection. Few shortlisted students may get intimation at short notice, if any selected student withdraws from participating in the Symposium.
