If the participant has not completed the registration process by 15 September 2023, we assume that you are not interested to attend and the vacancy shall be offered to another applicant. 

1.  (a)  In case, your submission for Oral Presentation has multiple authors, only one student shall get an opportunity to make an ORAL Presentation. Please let us know who the Oral presenter is. Participation certificates shall be given to other names in the submission, who were present during NSSP2023.

(b) In the case of the Poster presentation, all the students whose names figure in the submission and were present during NSSP-2023 shall be given certificates.

2. The complete manuscript (in the soft copy format, in the style mentioned on the website) of the articles accepted for Oral / Poster presentations, should be sent by email or / submitted on the first day of NSSP-2023. This will enable us to bring out the e-version of Proceedings of NSSP-2023 and a few reviewed articles may appear in the Student Journal of Physics.

3. The selected participants are expected to stay for the whole duration. The certificates and TA shall be given only on the third day of the program. Limited TA may be given to selected outstation participants on the production of tickets only.

4. We shall take care of local hospitality (boarding and lodging) for all the participants. Oral Presenter, Poster Presenter and Attendee will receive the maximum of 70%,60% and 50% travel support of the round-trip fare to Chandigarh by second-class railways/Bus (both non-AC).

5. Selected participants should send their arrival details (date, time, train / bus) by filling up Google form (to be available soon here on the website)

6. Accommodation details and contact numbers of the volunteers will be posted on the website in due course.
