1) Winter Season is setting in, please come prepared with sweater/jacket etc.

2) Accommodation on PU Campus is equipped with attached bath facilities.

3) Blanket and hot water facilities is available at all venues.

4) Full Manuscript of the Oral/Poster presentation is not need required at this Juncture.

5) Please upload the PPTs in the google form provided by 25th Oct. 2023. Name of the PPT must be your presentation code (like- O1.ppt)

6) On arrival, Use location provided to reach your destinations.

7) List of participants is available at all premises. In case of need, please call volunteers.
