Poster Presentation Guidelines
Dimension of the Poster will be A0 in size portrait mode (33.11 × 46.81 inches / 84.1 × 118.9 cm).
Abstract ID should be mentioned on the poster.
Use a visually appealing headers (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion) with clear sections. (The white area of the template is content box. You can adjust the content box size if required.)
Choose readable fonts and sizes.
Use high-quality images, charts, and graphs to illustrate key points.
Allotted time for each participant is 7 minutes that includes presentation followed by question and answer by expert panel.
Underline the presenter and ‘ * ’ to the corresponding authors.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
There is no restriction on the template and number of slides for the oral presentation. However, we advise the participants to structure their presentation to conclude within the timeframe.
Each participant will be given 10 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A.
Participants must strictly adhere to the time limit of the presentation.
Presenters must reach the venue for their presentation at least 10 minutes before the session commencement.
All participants should put slide number in PPT.
Metallography Contest Guidelines
Metallography entries in their final display format should be brought physically by the participants.
The micrographs may be in colour or black & white and shall be pasted on a base white sheet of size not bigger than A4 (preferably on a hard backup sheet).
On the front side, the entry should contain an attractive caption, brief description of the micrograph (30 words maximum) &entry ID (given by the organizer), technique used, specialty of the micrograph.
Micrographs submitted for the contest shall be of good quality with micron marker and based on the original work of the contestants.
An entry shall be done in one of the four categories:
Light Microscopy (LM)
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM)
Other Microscopy Techniques (OMT)
