The Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) is a state society of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
The Texas Society of Professional Engineers, one of the largest state societies in the United States, was founded in 1936 to serve the interests of the individual engineer in Texas across all disciplines of engineering. Composed of 24 local chapters and ten student chapters, TSPE is the only active, established organization devoting its entire effort to the professional, ethical, economic, social and political aspects of engineering in Texas.
Address: 8140 N. Mopac Expy., #1-220, Austin, TX 78759 Phone Number: (512) 472-9286 Website: tspe.org
NSPE-TX DFW Mid-Cities Chapter is the local unit and heart of NSPE - a three-tier grassroots organization - that carries out many of the purposes and programs of its parent state and national society and facilitates member participation in issues and activities of special interest to engineers in the local chapter area.
With the smallest geographical footprint of any chapter in this great state, we draw our membership for individuals who live and practice in the following cities:
Arlington | Bedford | Colleyville | Coppell | Euless | Grand Prairie | Grapevine | Hurst | Irving | Mansfield | Southlake
At the local level, our mission is to promote the ethical, competent, and licensed practice of engineering to protect the public's health, safety, and welfare; and to enhance the professional, social, and economic well-being of our chapter members.
