Welcome to the Muskegon Volunteer Server Training Program provided by the Norton Shores Police Department. Upon completion of this program participants will understand awareness strategies in promoting responsible alcohol use at events, be provided techniques in preventing patron intoxication and dealing with intoxicated persons, and help decrease the number of traffic fatalities and crashes.

This program was designed to meet the criteria of Norton Shores Ordinance Sec. 4-34 in regards to the Alcohol Server Training requirement for the approval of a Special License for the consumption of alcoholic liquors within Norton Shores.

The successful completion of this program maintains the Server Training requirements within Norton Shores for up to three years.
