NSN Real Estate Investments specializes in the recovery of unclaimed funds via states and municipalities. We help owners claim funds that are rightfully due to them.

Who we are not:

We only silicate our services to clients we have contacted directly. If you contact us in search of funds you believe you are due, we will not be able to assist you. Due to the amount of time, research and money put into our existing clients we do not accept outside requests to search for funds.

How do we work to collect your funds?

If we have contacted you, then we know where the funds are located and we are 97% sure these funds are due to you. We will legally apply for the funds on your behalf. We take care if all costs involved in the process including legal fees. And, we only get paid when you get paid.

Why do we do this?

As stated above, there are literally billions of dollars in unclaimed property held by state governments and treasuries in the U.S. If you don't claim these funds - they will - and happily - I submit. We help YOU claim what is rightfully yours before the Government claims it as rightfully theirs.
