The NSLS is an organization that provides a life-changing leadership program that helps students achieve personal growth, career success, and empowers them to have a positive impact in their communities. At The National Honor Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), we build leaders who make a better world. The NSLS is the nation’s largest leadership honor society with over 700 chapters and more than 1,500,000 members nationwide. Candidacy is a nationally recognized achievement of honorable distinction, and upon completion of the program members receive their leadership certificate, and use their affiliation to elevate themselves for the rest of their lives. In addition to building leadership skills, benefits also include scholarships & awards, exclusive on-campus events, employer recruitment, and discounts on computers, textbooks, car insurance, grad school prep courses, and so much more.

About the CSU Dominguez Hills NSLS Chapter
The National Society of Leadership and Success Chapter at the California State University of Dominguez Hills was founded in the Fall semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year by Emilyn Rangel. This recognized student organization exists to recognize, cultivate, and honor leaders while making a lasting, positive change in the world. We strive to help members discover and achieve their goals, and we provide real-world experience that helps ensure our members have the best opportunity to achieve success in their future.
As of 2022, many students have become members of the organization. Bree Nguyen will serve as the Chapter Advisor, helping to mentor and guide Emilyn Rangel, as the Chapter President, in leading the executive board to support their peers' leadership development.
