Biomaterial/Biocomposite development and Characterization: This work includes development of Biomaterial/Biocomposite with P/M or additive manufacturing method. After that the material is characterized for its mechanical, physical, tribological, corrosion and bio compatible characteristics. In-vitro as well as in-vivo characterization can be processed with the help of medical practitioners.
Composite Material Development and Material Characterization: This work may be the development of Aluminum or Magnesium matrix composites/hybrid composites by the addition of different kinds of reinforcements. The effect of percentage of reinforcements, their shape and size and other input parameters are evaluated on the mechanical characteristics. The dry sliding wear behaviour may be evaluated using different environmental conditions.
Optimization Techniques (Statistical and AI, Hybrid): The use of Taguchi. RSM, MOORA, TOPSIS, GRA, Entropy Measurement, GA, NSGA, NSGA-II, PSO, MOPSO, ANN, BPNN, GRNN, Fuzzy, TLBO, GWO, MOGWO, etc. on various manufacturing processes.
Conventional and Non-Conventional Manufacturing Processes: Lathe, Milling, EDM, WEDM, PMEDM, USM, LBM, ECM, AFM, AJM, WJM, AWJM, EBM, etc.
