Roundtable Discussion Schedule:
We have scheduled the roundtable discussion from 12:45 PM to 1:40 PM on Nov 2 (Saturday) as shown on the Schedule page. Please mark this in your calendar.
Roundtable Discussion Format:
1. Discussion Lead: 1) Responsible for guiding the discussion and engaging participants. Please prepare guiding questions to foster insightful discussions. 2) Summarize the discussion outcomes to be presented towards the end of the workshop. 3) Invite participants to your roundtable discussion.
2. 2-3 Invited Participants: Expected to share expert opinions related to the discussion theme and collaborate with the discussion lead.
3. Student Assistant: Will assist with notetaking and support the discussion lead in summarizing the discussion, which will be presented at the workshop's conclusion section.
4. General Participants: Those interested in the theme are welcome to contribute their perspectives and learn from the discussion.
Reimbursement Logistics:
The workshop funding covers your one-day workshop registration, a one-night hotel stay, and flight expenses up to $1,500. We will reach out after the workshop to process your receipts and initiate reimbursement.
