The Fall Regional Conference (FRC) provides our organization with the opportunity to network with potential recruiters on a local level and help to achieve corporate recruitment needs through a combination of education, networking and job opportunities in a small intimate setting. These unique, regional-targeted events are the perfect place to match qualified candidates to open positions and internships on a national level, as well as at your regional and district offices. They allow students to find local job opportunities and are ideal for local employers looking to recruit top talent.
The Annual Convention showcases students and professionals with a passion for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) who are channeling their dedication in their communities and society at large. Our RPI membership values this opportunity as a meaningful weekend of growth, leadership development, networking, and career advancement. We hope that all of our members get the chance to experience the Annual Convention at least once during their academic career with NSBE.
Provides members with resources, strategies, and peer support to help them succeed in their coursework and strengthen their academic skills. Sessions may include study strategies, course planning, tutoring/review sessions, and other activities designed to promote academic excellence.
Helps members grow personally, professionally, and as leaders within NSBE and beyond. Workshops feature interactive activities and discussions focused on topics such as leadership, communication, goal setting, career readiness, networking, and professional development.
The TORCH volunteering activities focuses on connecting our members to the local community to strengthen the community and support people in need.
This program assists disadvantaged secondary students and those from minority groups underrepresented in science, technical, and health-related professions to acquire skills and abilities necessary for performance in these fields.
These frequent events enable our community to cultivate deeper friendships with one another by gathering as a whole to participate in fun and meaningful activities.
Every other Thursday for chapter updates, upcoming opportunities, and activities focused on professional development, personal growth, and community building. Meetings feature a mix of interactive workshops, conversations with professionals, team challenges, and fun social activities designed to help members grow, connect, and get involved.
