Privacy of Information

a.   No TRTA officer or employee shall distribute lists of TRTA members except upon approval from the Executive Director. TRTA shall not release its membership list or the name of any member to political candidates, current office holders or representatives of political parties.

b.    TRTA will not disclose member email addresses to anyone other than TRTA-affiliated entities or TRTA’s contracted third party administrator.

TRTA Photo Disclaimer for State, District, and Local Meetings and Events

At public TRTA events (such as conventions), including at the local, district, and state levels, photos may be taken by TRTA staff and/or volunteers. TRTA may use likenesses of its members in photographs, videos, or other digital or social media (“photo”) in its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. If a TRTA member wishes not to be photographed, recorded or appear in TRTA promotional items, the member should avoid any cameras in the area.
