This site is exclusively for internal use by NSAE members, who are the only ones with access.
If there is no transaction in the NSAE account for a period of three months, it will be deactivated. In such a case, a letter of activation will be required.

Executive Committee Resolution:
Pass a formal resolution in the Executive Committee meeting to authorize the change of signatory. Submit a copy of it with Application.
Application to the Bank:
Write and submit an official application to the bank requesting the change of the authorized signatory.
Identification Documents:
Provide a copy of the National Identity Card (NIC) of the new signatory.
Tax Clearance Certificate:
Attach a copy of the organization's valid tax clearance certificate.
KYC Form:
Fill the KYC forms by each members with signatory authorization including KYC of NSAE.
PassPort Size Photos:
Attach a passporst size phots in the form. Two photos per person is needed.
