At the NSA of Milwaukee adult meetings, we discuss various topics about how stuttering affects the lives of people who stutter. We provide encouragement and support to other members who stutter. At some meetings, we perform role-playing exercises to practice speaking skills in situations like using the telephone or interviewing for a new job.
The meetings are an opportunity for individuals to share their experiences and socialize. If a person who stutters is looking for a place to just be in the company of other adults who stutter, the monthly meetings are the ideal place for that.
