Event Details

Saturday, May 18th at 10:00 am

LOCATION: The event will start and finish at the New Richmond Police Department (address: 1443 Campus Drive, New Richmond, WI). The majority of the course will take participants down the scenic Rail Bridge Trail, one of our city's most popular trails. The entire course length is a little over 2 miles, and is all on a flat, paved asphalt surface. The event will be held rain or shine.

REGISTRATION: The cost to register is $20 per adult or $30 per family. You can register online or on the day of the event, but we encourage preregistering for event planning purposes. All participants will receive the following:

Dog toy & treat at the finish line
Post-race food & refreshments (for humans)
NRPD K9 Unit Bag dispenser with carabiner
Pre- or post-race photographs of you with your dog

PRIZES: Two dog-themed prize baskets valued at $50 each will be awarded, one for the "Best Dressed Dog" and the other for the first place finisher in the run/walk. Get creative and have some fun dressing up your dog for the occasion! Our costume theme is Patriotic Pups! We will judge the contestants prior the run/walk so that you may remove the costume from your dog if you wish.
