✅ **Hit send** – Once you submit the form, we’ll receive your order immediately.  

✅ **Payment made easy** – You’ll receive an email with a Payment request to complete your payment quickly and securely.  

Once your payment is received, we’ll get started on your order. Every item is made with care because, at NRML, we believe that being **normal but different** is all about the details.  

📦 **Shipping costs** will be added at checkout based on your location. Your order will arrive at your doorstep within **2 to 3 weeks**, ready to wear and show the world who you are.  

⚠️ **Please note: All sales are final. Since every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.**
