Accommodation

Gregynog hall has a mix of types of accommodation in the main house and the courtyard building. There is also a separate house available with 4 bedrooms, which includes a kitchen. Please let us know if you have any specific requirements for your stay.

Thanks to the  UKRI/STFC Collaborative Computing Communities grant, we can cover the cost for 30 rooms. Please let us know on your application form if you would like to be considered for one of these spaces. If you are not selected for one of these free spaces, we will offer you a space at a cost of £130 per night per person in an individual room.

Accommodation at the meeting includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as morning and afternoon tea and coffee. Please let us know on your application form if you have any dietary requirements. Dietary requirements must be specified at least 2 weeks before the meeting because the cooks require prior notice to accommodate your needs.
