About

We are a small town church right in the heart of New Richmond, IN. Visiting a new church can be awkward. We hope that we can make that new church experience a bit more comfortable. We strive to be an open, friendly family and would be very honored to have you visit us.

Just a few things about us -

• First of all there is no dress code; wear what makes you comfortable. You will see everything from jeans to slacks. We are here to worship God, not to impress each other.
• We highly value prayer. We spend a few minutes giving people the opportunity to share their concerns, joys and struggles. Sometimes it’s a relief to open up and let someone pray for you.
• We enjoy singing old hymns as well as new praise songs; we would love to have you join in with us.
• We are a church that believes in taking communion each Sunday. It’s an opportunity to refocus on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He came to die for our sins and it’s important to acknowledge how that impacts every part of our lives.
• We have a special children’s service. They are welcome to stay in the worship service but we know sometimes it’s helpful to have them learn in a class that’s especially designed for them. (Also nursery available for 2 and under)
• Finally, we have a message that we try to make both biblical and relevant. We firmly believe that the Bible is God’s word and that it has incredible application for us today. We try to spend time each Sunday digging in and finding out how we can live more like Christ.

Weekly Service Times:

• Sunday School - 9:30 to 10:20
• Sunday Service - 10:30 to 11:45 (roughly)
• Wednesday Night Bible Study or other extracurricular events may be going on throughout the week, if you are interested in these just check with someone in a leadership role.
