1. Passport including those issued by foreign governments

2. Driver's license

3. Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

4. Postal ID (PVC Plastic Card or Paper Based Card)

5. Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certification with dry seal

6. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)

7. Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card

8. Social Security System (SSS) card

9. Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) card

10. Senior Citizen card

11. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID

12. Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ID

13. Government office and Government-owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) ID (e.g., Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) IDs)

14. ID issued by the National Council on Disability Affairs or Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons

15. Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID

16. Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Insurance Commission (IC)

17. PhilHealth Health Insurance Card ng Bayan

18. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance

19. Police Clearance with dry seal

20. Baranggay Certification/Clearance with dry seal

21. Seaman’s Book

22. Alien Certificate of Registration / Immigrant Certificate of Registration

23. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification and Id (Solo Parent and 4Ps)

24. Professional ID cards issued by Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA)

25. School ID (for students) from the current school

26. Philippine National ID (PhilSys) or printed ePhilID

Notes:

1. The client is required to present the original and submit a clear copy of valid photobearing identification document issued by an official authority; and

2. The Bank personnel may require the client to submit an updated photo and other relevant documents/information whenever the need for it arises.
