The success of the North Royalton choral program depends on volunteers like you! 

Each family with students in the Concert Choir and Royal Harmony programs is expected to commit to help with at least two volunteer events each year. Let us know which committees you would like to help out with by sending us an email at NRChoirBoosters@gmail.com

Volunteer Committees & Opportunities

Concert Attire: Aids in the organization, distribution, return, dry cleaning and repair of concert attire. 

Fundraising Committee: Raises money for future choir and Booster needs. 

Royal Harmony Team Dinner Committee:  Will plan, serve, and clean up for all RH Rehearsal Meals. 

Scholarship Committee Determine recipient(s) of the NRHS Choir Booster Scholarships. (Volunteers must be parents of underclassmen, preferably freshmen parents.)

NORO Show Choir Showdown Committee: Assists committee chair with any and all aspects of putting on the event as requested. All parents and students are required to volunteer on the day of Showdown! 

Other Ways to Help

Serve as a chaperone: Under the direction of the choir director, chaperones perform any/all of the following duties: providing parental supervision on school transportation, assisting students, monitoring dressing rooms & backstage spaces, and helping with any other tasks as requested by director. Sign ups will be circulated throughout the year for various chaperoning opportunities for events such as holiday concerts and Royal Harmony competitions, and more.

Provide food for choir meals: Sign ups will be circulated throughout the year for opportunities to help provide hot and cold food items for various occasions such as Royal Harmony team dinners.

Donate to the NORO Showdown: Whether it be raffle baskets (or items), baked goods, snacks, beverages, or anything else, it takes a lot of supplies to host a show choir competition. the Showdown is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and every donated item helps us raise that much more money for the choir students and programs. 

Recruit Showdown sponsors: Know any business owners or family members who would like to help support the program? Sponsorships are needed to support the January NORO Show Choir Showdown. Many sponsorship levels are available. Click HERE for more information.
