NPK Calculator – Account Deletion Policy

Welcome to NPK Calculator. We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal information. If you no longer wish to use our application, you may permanently delete your account and associated data using the methods described below.

Option 1: Delete Your Account from the App (Recommended)

You can permanently delete your account directly from the NPK Calculator app.

Steps

1. Open the NPK Calculator app.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Go to Profile.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

5. Tap Delete Account.

6. Enter your account password to confirm your identity.

7. Tap Confirm.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed, and your account will be permanently removed.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer not to use the in-app option, you can request account deletion by contacting us.

Please send an email to:

Email: Provided in the contact developer option in profile section.

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the following information:

• Your registered email address

• Your username (if available)

• A request to permanently delete your account

Our support team will verify your request and process it as soon as possible.

What Information Will Be Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

• User account information

• Name

• Email address

• Profile information

• Phone Number

• Saved preferences

• User-generated application data associated with your account

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained if required by applicable laws, security requirements, fraud prevention, or to resolve legal disputes.

Any retained information is securely stored and used only for legal or security purposes.

Processing Time

Most account deletion requests are completed within 3-4 business days.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent.

Once your account has been deleted:

• You cannot recover your account.

• Your saved information cannot be restored.

• You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again.
