Information:

1. All Post Docs and Ph.D.s in the final year are eligible to apply. Candidates with justified career break will also be considered
2. Selected applicants will be notified by 10 September 2019
3. Registration fee of Rs. 1500/- needs to be paid to confirm participation
4. Poster presentation is mandatory for all the participants
5. 25 Best poster abstracts will be selected for oral presentation/chalk talk or lightning talks
6. Limited travel subsidy of up to Rs. 5000 will be provided to the participants
7. For the participants travelling from outstation, free accommodation will be provided for the duration of the event
